Marinated Chicken Kabobs!
This recipe is Sponsored by FoodSaver®, all opinions are my own.
Aight Guys!! Summer Grilling time is officially here and I’m partnering with FoodSaver® to show you a quick and flavorful recipe that is perfect for a summer meal! So we are doing Marinated Grilled Chicken Kabobs with a Sriracha Ranch Dipping Sauce!

First off, let’s start off by mixing up a tasty marinade for the Kabobs! You can find the full marinade recipe below. The recipe below is for a smaller container, so I actually had to quadruple the recipe in order to cover the Kabobs. Next I cut up all my peppers, onions and chicken into somewhere around 1” pieces. Now it’s time to assemble the Kabobs! There really is no rhyme or reason to this, just however you want to assemble.

I am using my FoodSaver® Preserve and Marinate Container to marinate the Kabobs. While the Kabobs are marinating, let’s mix up a little Sriracha Ranch to serve up with em! You can find the recipe for this super easy Sriracha Ranch below! Once you have the Sriracha Ranch mixed up, toss it in the fridge and get back to the Kabobs. Now keep in mind, when using the Preserve and Marinate Container, it only takes 12 minutes to marinate! Yes you heard me right, just 12 minutes and it tastes just like you have been marinating for hours!

Once the 12 minute marinade is up, it’s time to season up those Kabobs! You can use whatever seasoning you like, I just went with a simple SPG (Salt,Pepper,Garlic). Now it’s time to get those babies on the grill! I’ve got my gas grill sitting on medium to medium high for this cook. While the Kabobs are cooking away, let’s get some Naan with a drizzle of olive oil on the grill to serve with it! Once the chicken hits an internal temperature of 165 degrees, it’s time to go inside and dig in!

You can really serve this however you want, but I used the Naan to pull everything off of the skewer and use it as my serving vessel. Next it’s time to go in for that bite baby! Tear you off a piece of Naan with some of the veggies and chicken, dip it in the Sriracha Ranch and you talk about AbsolutelyFreakin Killer!!

Now for the leftovers, that is assuming you have some! I’m using the FoodSaver® Vacuum Zipper Bags to store the leftover chicken and veggies in. All you have to do is fill the bag up, zip it up and use the handheld part of the Vacuum Sealer to draw all of the air out. This helps to lock in the freshness!
