In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix by hand until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Place meatloaf mixture in a disposable aluminum pan.
Set grill up indirect at 250 degrees. I used chunks of cherry wood for flavor.
Place meatloaf on grill, let it smoke until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
Pour glaze over meatloaf, continue to smoke until glaze is set. 10-15 minutes
