Aight Guys!! Today we are making an Asian Inspired Pork Tenderloin! Marinating the pork allows all of those awesome flavors to penetrate all throughout the meat. Normally, the longer you marinate, the better. However we don’t always have a lot of time to do so, but that’s where the FoodSaver® Marinating Container comes in to play. You can marinate for 15 minutes and get an amazing flavor as if it’s been marinating all day!
Once it’s done marinating, season it up with your favorite seasoning/dry rub. (I’m reserving the marinade for later use). For this recipe, I’m using my Pellet Smoker to cook the pork tenderloin. I set the smoker at 275 degrees and let it smoke until it hits an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Bring it inside and let it rest for 5 minutes, then it’s time to slice it up!
I decided to serve the pork over a bed of Lo Mein noodles that I cooked according to the package. I saved the marinade, cooked it down and once the noodles were done, I tossed them in the cooked down marinade. I laid my sliced pork on top of the noodles and then garnished with green onions, sesame seeds and Hoisin Sauce!
Now, what to do with the leftovers you might ask? Well FoodSaver® has you covered! They have these nifty Microwavable Meal Prep Bags that are perfect for leftovers! You just portion it out, place it in the Microwavable Meal Prep Bags and use the FoodSaver® to vacuum seal it it. Then when you are ready for lunch or dinner the next day, all you have to do is toss it in the microwave and heat it up! Check out the full Recipe Video on my Instagram @Bamagrillmaster!
