BBQ Shrimp
Preheat a cast iron dutch oven and add in a stick of butter, onions, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, season with Cajun Two Step seasoning and allow to cook until onions are translucent.
Add in your minced garlic and continue to cook down for a few more minutes.
Pour in The W Sauce, chicken or seafood stock, bay leaves, lemons, Everyday Hot Sauce and allow to simmer for 20ish minutes or you get to the consistency you want.
At this point, remove the bay leaves. Then add in your green onions and heavy cream. Taste it to see if it needs anymore seasoning.
Now add in two sticks of butter and all of your shrimp. Turn your heat down to low and allow your ship to cook until they are fully cooked and nice and pink.
Time to serve it up! Get you a ladle full of shrimp and don’t forget to get a good helping of that sauce! Serve it with some garlic bread and dig in!
