-
12 Pack of King’s Hawaiian Rolls
-
12 Eggs
-
2 Lbs of Venison Sausage
-
10 Frozen Hash Brown Patties
-
14 Slices of Colby Jack Cheese
-
1 Tbsp Butter Melted
-
Aight Guys!! AbsolutelyFreakinKiller AP Rub
-
¼ Cup of Heavy Cream
-
Salt and Pepper
-
2 Tbsp Butter Melted
-
2 Tbsp Hot Honey
Dipping Sauce
Directions
Set your Camp Chef Pellet Grill to 400 degrees.
Once Camp Chef is up to temp, throw on your frozen hash brown patties. Cook until golden brown and crispy flipping halfway through which was about 15 minutes.
In a cast iron skillet, brown up your venison sausage.
Once your venison sausage is done, remove the sausage from the skillet and most of the grease. Leave a little bit of grease in the pan for your eggs.
Crack a dozen eggs in a bowl, add in heavy cream along with some salt and pepper and whisk thoroughly.
Pour your eggs into the cast iron skillet where you cooked your venison sausage and allow to scramble.
Slice your King’s Hawaiian Rolls in half and place in a disposable aluminum pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Remove the top half of the rolls and set aside.
Put 7 slices of Colby jack cheese on bottom half of your rolls as your first layer.
Next, put a layer of your hash brown patties down.
Put a layer of scrambled eggs on top of the hash browns.
Now add a layer of venison sausage on top of the eggs.
Last layer is another 7 slices of Colby jack cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls on top of assembled sliders.
Brush top of rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with my Aight Guys!! AbsolutelyFreakinKiller AP Rub.
Cover sliders with aluminum foil and place on the Camp Chef at 335 degrees for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the foil and allow to cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
While the sliders are finishing up in the Camp Chef, mix up your dipping sauce.
Allow Sliders to cool for a couple minutes, get you a slider out, dip in that dipping sauce and dig in!

Recipe Note
If you are not a venison fan or don't have access to it, you can always substitute regular or hot breakfast sausage.
