Heart Shaped Ribeye Dinner!

My love language has to be food, so this is definitely the way to my heart! So this 3" Ribeye butterflied in half forms out a beautiful heart! Top this with a little of The W Sauce compound butter and your night is set!

Ingredients

3” Ribeye Butterflied
-
Lane’s BBQ SPG Seasoning
W Sauce Compound Butter
-
2 sticks of Softened Butter
-
1 Whole Bulb of Garlic Roasted
-
W Sauce ( measure with your heart )
Directions
W Sauce Compound Butter
Mix all ingredients until well combined and place in refrigerator.
Get your Grill Grates cranked up to 500 degrees.
Season steak generously with Lane’s BBQ SPG Seasoning on both sides of steak.
Slice your perfectly cooked steak up and get ready for the night of your life!
When the steak hits your desired internal temperature, bring inside, slice off a pieces of your W Sauce compound butter, tent with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
Spray your Grill Grates with Duck Fat Spray and place your steak at a 45 degree angle on the grates for a minute and ten seconds. Pick steak up, clean your grates and rotate your steak to 45 degrees the opposite way. Grill for another minute and ten seconds. Pick steak up, clean the grates, flip the steak over and repeat the process on the other side.
Once you get your sear marks, have your Camp Chef Pellet Smoker set to 275 degrees and place the steak inside to finish bringing it up to the desired doneness you desire. 135 degrees for medium rare, 145 for medium and over 155 for well done.
