Aight Guys!! Game Day and Tailgating are one of our favorite things to do and sliders are always a go to! This one right here is one of my absolute favorites because I love a good Cuban sandwich! The mixture of pork tenderloin, ham, Swiss cheese, mustard and those pickles make for one incredible bite! Now let's get into it and I'll show you how we make em!

Ingredients
Cuban Sliders
-
2 - Pork Tenderloins
-
Lane’s BBQ QNami Seasoning
-
Yellow Mustard
-
1 - Pack of King’s Hawaiian Rolls
-
1 - Package of Deli Ham
-
12 - Slices of Swiss Cheese
-
Dill Pickle Chips
-
2 - Tbsp of Melted Butter
Directions
Cuban Sliders
Preheat Pellet Smoker to 300 degrees.
Use yellow mustard as a binder and coat the 2 pork tenderloins on all sides and season well with Lane’s QNami Seasoning.
Place tenderloins on smoker and cook to an internal temperature of 140 degrees, remove and let rest.
Slice pork tenderloin into 1/8” to ¼” slices.
Slice your King’s Hawaiian rolls in half and Slater both sides with yellow mustard. Start off with a layer of 6 slices of Swiss cheese, then a layer of deli ham, next a layer of the pork tenderloin, a layer of dill pickle chips and finally another layer of remainder of Swiss cheese.
Place the top part of the rolls to cover. Take melted butter and brush all over the top of the rolls and season with more QNami seasoning.
Place in an aluminum pan, cover with foil and back on the grill at 335 degrees for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, remove foil and allow to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until rolls are brown.
Bring inside, allow to cool for a few minutes and Dig in!
