Cheeseburger Bombs
Directions
Cheeseburger Bombs
Preheat Smoker to 275 degrees.
Add diced bacon to a skillet and allow to cook until crispy, remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. Drain all bacon grease from pan except for about 2 Tbsp.
Add Onions to skillet with bacon grease and allow to cook until soft and translucent. Add minced garlic to the skillet with the onions and allow to cook for a minute or two.
Add ground beef to the skillet with the onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and cook until ground beef is done and drain all the grease.
Mix ground beef mixture with pickles, mustard and cheese and allow to cool.
Take each dinner roll and stuff with ground beef mixture pinching all the edges together so nothing leaks out. Place on parchment paper, brush with beaten egg and top with sesame seeds.
Line smoker with parchment paper, place rolls inside and allow to cook until golden brown. Mine took about 20-30 minutes.
Bring inside, plate em up and serve them with Breakfast Sauce and Breakfast Sauce Too.
It’s time to go in for that bite! Break your cheeseburger Bomb in half and pour Breakfast Sauce and Breakfast Sauce Too on top and dig in!

Recipe Note
This recipe made for a lot more filling than I had rolls, so you can cut the recipe in half or just thaw out more dinner rolls!
