There are all kinds of dips and sweet things to make, but you know me, we gotta bring the meats! So why not some spooky spicy bat wings!? Come along and I'll show you what we did!

Spooky Spicy Bat Wings!!

Aight Guys!! We love us some Halloween around here! For us, it's all about the food that comes with it! We always have people over, hand out candy and eat lot's of good food! One of the stars of the show are good ole marinated chicken wings injected with your favorite hot sauce and we call em Bat Wings! So let's get things going and I'll show you how to make em!
Ingredients
Marinade
-
1 - Cup of Bear & Burton’s W Sauce
-
¼ - Cup of Ponzu
-
2 - Tbsp of Hot Honey
-
2 - Tbsp of Lane’s BBQ One Legged Chicken
-
Black Food Coloring
Chicken Wings
-
1 - Large Pack of Whole Chicken Wings
-
Chopped Green Onions for Garnish
-
Twisted Steel Midnight Run Seasoning
-
Sriracha for Garnish
Directions
Marinade
Mix all ingredients together and add black food coloring until you get to the color you want.
Chicken Wings
Place whole wings in a ziplock bag and pour in marinade. Mix the bag of wings up good to make sure every wing is covered. Place in the fridge and allow them to marinate at least an hour up to 6 hours.
Remove wings from ziplock and inject each wing on the flat and drummie with Lane’s BBQ One Legged Chicken Hot Sauce.
Season wings on all sides with Twisted Steel Midnight Run Seasoning. Place them on a 325 degree smoker and allow them to cook until they are nice and crispy. I flipped mine halfway through.
Remove from smoker, plate em up, drizzle with Sriracha Hot Sauce and sprinkle with green onions. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and dig in!
