Italian Sliders
Pre Heat pellet smoker to 325 degrees.
Slice your King’s Hawaiian rolls in half. Spray the bottom of an aluminum pan with cooking spray and place the bottom portion of the rolls into the pan.
Start off by putting a layer of provolone cheese on the bottom, next add a layer of deli ham, add a layer of pepperoni, a layer of salami, another layer of provolone cheese, a layer of pepperoncini peppers, a layer of sweet cherry peppers and finally cap it off with the top of the slider rolls.
Brush the top of the rolls with the Italian herb butter, cover with aluminum foil and place in the smoker for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and allow to smoke for an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
While the sliders are finishing up, heat up your marinara in a bowl and add some parmesan cheese on top.
Once your sliders are golden brown, bring inside and allow to cool for a few minutes. Separate all the sliders and plate em up however you like. Grab you a slider, dip in that marinara and dig in!
