Aight Guys!! Let's talk meatloaf! Now I love a good ole traditional meatloaf with that sweet glaze on top, but I also like to mix it up from time to time. So how does a jalapeño popper meatloaf sound? Well let me tell ya, it is AMAZING!!! Just a good ole savory meatloaf with a homemade ranch drizzle! Now let's dive into it and I'll show you how we did it!

Ingredients
Homemade Ranch Dressing
-
1 - Cup of Whole Cultured Buttermilk
-
1 - Cup of Mayonnaise
-
3 - Tbsp of Hidden Valley Ranch Homestyle Ranch Seasoning
Meatloaf
-
2 - Lbs of Ground Beef
-
1 - Cup of Dry Oatmeal
-
2 - Eggs
-
2 - Small Onions diced and sautéed in butter
-
2 - Jalapeños seeded and diced
-
4 - Oz of Cream Cheese softened
-
1 - Cup of shredded Colby Jack Cheese
-
4 - Strips of bacon cooked and crumbled up
-
1 - Tbsp of The W Sauce
-
1 - Tsp of Smoked Paprika
-
Salt and Pepper to tase
-
½ - Cup of Heavy Cream
-

Directions
Homemade Ranch
Mix all ingredients together and place in refrigerator.
Meatloaf
Preheat smoker to 275 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spray a pan with cooking spray, form out your loaf and season with my Aight Guys!! AbsolutelyFreakinKiller AP Seasoning.
Place pan in your smoker and allow to cook until your meatloaf reaches an internal temp of at least 160 degrees.
Once your meatloaf is done, remove from the smoker and allow to rest for about 10 minutes.
Drizzle meatloaf with your homemade ranch, garnish with parsley, slice it up and dig in!

If you want it a little more spicy, leave the seeds and membrane in the jalapeños.
