These Sticky Smokey Ribs will definitely be the hit of your next party! The ribs are individually cut from the git go, then each smoked individually so you get the bark all the way around the rib and each bite is sensational! Toss them in your favorite sweet or sweet and spicy bbq sauce and you have yourselves a mighty fine treat!
Ingredients
-
1 Slab of Baby Back Ribs
-
Breakfast Sauce
-
Aight Guys!! Smokey Sweet Rub
-
Lane’s BBQ Kinda Sweet BBQ Sauce
-
2-3 Green Onions
Directions
Take your slab of baby back ribs and remove the membrane off the back if that has not already been done.
Slice in between each rib bone so you have individual ribs instead of a whole slab.
Place ribs in an aluminum pan and coat generously with Breakfast Sauce.
Season your ribs good with my Aight Guys!! Smokey Sweet Rub.
I am using a rotisserie smoker, but you can use whatever smoker you like. Sent the smoker to 275 degrees and I used cherry wood for the smoke.
Place your ribs on the smoker and let them smoke for an hour. All smokers cook differently, so yours might take a little longer or a little less time to smoke. So you are looking for an internal temperature of around 200-210 degrees on the ribs or probe tender.
Once they are tender, toss ribs in a pan and coat them good with Lane’s BBQ Kinda Sweet BBQ Sauce.
Put the pan back on the smoker for another 15 minutes or so to let the bbq sauce tack up.
When the bbq sauce tacks up the way you like it, bring em inside and garnish them with some sliced up green onions. Dig in and enjoy!

Recipe Note
If you are cooking these ahead of time for a party, once they are done, cover with foil and put them in a Camaro or wrap in a towel and place in a dry cooler. This should keep them hot for a few hours!
