Peanut Butter & Jelly Rotisserie Chicken Wings!
Ingredients

1 Large Pack of Whole Chicken Wings

1 Jar of Maggie’s Farm Mango Habenero Pepper Jelly
-
¼ Cup JIF Peanut Butter
-
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
-
1 Tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
-
½ Cup of Orange Juice
-
Lane’s BBQ Signature Seasoning
-
Sweet and Spicy Peanuts (Chopped)

Chives (Chopped)
Directions
Get your grill set to 325 degrees.
Take your whole chicken wings and break down into flappers and drummies.
Season chicken wings generously with Lane’s Signature Seasoning.
Place chicken wings into your rotisserie basket.
Get the rotisserie basket spinning on the grill.
While the chicken wings are cooking, make up your PB&J Sauce. Combine Peanut Butter, Habanero Pepper Jelly, Soy Sauce, Orange Juice and Sriracha in a sauce pot over medium heat and stir until well combined and heated through.
When Wings look nice and crispy and are at least 185-195 internal temperature, pull them off and toss in a bowl.
Take your PB&J Sauce and pour over the top of your chicken wings and toss until all wings are very well coated.
Garnish wings with chopped peanuts and chives.
Best if served immediately , so dig in and enjoy!

If you are not into spicy, Original Pepper Jelly might be a better bet and leave out the Sriracha Hot Sauce.
