There are so many different things you can do with chicken, but one of my favorites is a chicken sandwich! Now granted, there are all sorts of different chicken sandwiches out there, but this one right here is packed with flavor! The combination of that blackened chicken with the smokey sweet bacon, ranch and CANDIED JALAPENOS will make your tongue slap your brain!

This right here is one of my favorite sandwiches! The blackened chicken, smokey sweet bacon, homemade ranch, colby jack cheese and CANDIED JALAPENOS all on top of a toasted pretzel bun! I mean come on....does it get any better!?

Ingredients
blank
3 Tbsp of Hidden Valley Ranch Homestyle Seasoning
1 Cup of Dukes Mayonnaise
1 Cup of Buttermilk
blank
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
4 Slices of Bacon
4 Slices of Colby Jack Cheese
2 Pretzel Buns
Candied Jalapeños
Lane’s BBQ Blackening Seasoning
Aight Guys!! Smokey Sweet Rub
The W Sauce
Directions
First mix up your homemade ranch. Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and place in the fridge.
Next, start by slicing your chicken breast in half lengthwise.
Place chicken in a pan and drizzle The W Sauce all over the chicken and coat good.
Season the chicken with Lane’s BBQ Blackening Seasoning.
Heat your griddle top to medium/medium high temp.
When griddle is hot, put bacon down and season with my Aight Guys!! Smokey Sweet Rub and cook until crispy.
Remove the bacon and place the chicken breasts on the griddle and cook in the bacon grease. Cook the chicken until you get a nice color on both sides and it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Once chicken is done, remove and then put your pretzel buns on the griddle to toast up.
Time to assemble your sandwich! To the bottom of the pretzel bun, put a layer of the homemade ranch down.
Place your chicken breast on top of the ranch you just put down.
Add a couple slices of bacon.
CANDIED JALAPENOS! You know we gotta have em!
Next add a couple slices of Colby Jack cheese, break out your torch and melt the cheese.
Lastly another squirt of homemade ranch on top of the cheese.
Put the Top of the pretzel bun on, slice in half, dig in and enjoy!
