Sandwiches are the best! Whether it's in slider form, sub form or anything in between! However I am a big fan of chicken sandwiches! Especially when it comes to chicken thighs. Grilled, blackened, fried and anything in between, they are all fantastic! But a fried chicken sandwich just hits different!

Chicken Sandwich
Take your chicken thigh and place in a bowl or ziplock bag and add enough buttermilk to cover it.
Add in a few dashes or as much as you like of Lane’s BBQ One Legged Chicken Hot Sauce, mix it up well and store in the fridge at least 4-6 hours or even overnight.
In a bowl, combine enough all purpose flour and Lane’s Spellbound Hot Seasoning to cover your chicken thigh good and stir together.
Take your chicken thigh directly out of the buttermilk and into the flour. Make sure you get it coated good in all the cracks and crevices on the chicken thigh and place on a wire rack. Let it sit at least 10-15 minutes on the wire rack before you fry it.
In a cast iron skillet, add enough peanut oil to cover the chicken while frying and all ow to heat up to 365 degrees.
Once your oil is up to temp, gently add in your chicken and fry 6-7 minutes per side and it reaches an internal temp of at least 165-170 degrees. Remover from grease and place on a wire rack to drain.
Immediately season with salt and then take your hot honey and drizzle all over the top of your chicken while it’s still hot. Get it coated all the way around with the hot honey.
Get a couple pads of butter and your brioche bun and toast upon a skillet until golden brown.
Time to assemble this baby! Put sriracha mayonnaise on the top and bottom bun. Place your fried chicken thigh on there. Top with candied jalapeños, cap that baby off with the top bun and dig it!

Recipe Note
If you don't like candied jalapeños, you could always use dill pickle chips. Oh are you could also melt some cheese on there as well!
