Aight Guys!! Good ole BBQ Ribs are perfect for any occasion! Lately we have been doing a lot of party ribs which basically means cutting the ribs into each individual rib, then season em and smoke em. They are a perfect finger food for any tailgate or get together you are going to! If you have never tried pineapple with pork, you need to change that immediately! The combination of those smokey pork ribs with that sweet BBQ sauce topped with pineapple is a definite flavor bo,b for your taste buds! Now let's get into it and I'll show you how we made em!

Directions
Pineapple
Reserve one slice of pineapple for garnish.
Add remaining slices of pineapple to a bowl and coat good with brown sugar and a good coating of my Aight Guys!! Smokey Sweet Rub.
Ribs
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees. (I used hickory wood for my smoke)
Take your ribs that have already been sliced into individual ribs and coat them good with Lane’s BBQ Southbound Sauce, then season your ribs on all sides with Lane’s BBQ Island Dust.
Place ribs and pineapple on smoker and allow the ribs to smoke an hour and a half to two hours and just keep turning the pineapple till you get some good color on it. Pineapple took around 30-45 minutes.
Place ribs in a pan and add the butter, sprinkle with brown sugar, add a shake of Island Dust, drizzle with Lane’s BBQ Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce and add in your chopped up pineapple. Cover with foil and back on the smoker for another hour.
Bring ribs inside and brush with more Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce and garnish with chopped up pineapple and parsley. Time to go in for that bite baby! Dig in and enjoy!

Recipe Note
I chose to use St Louis style ribs, but you can also use baby back ribs as well!
