Aight Guys!! Nothing beats a good ole slab of pork belly! And one of my favorite things to make with it is simple pork belly burnt ends. Talk about one serious bite of BBQ! Those babies are rich sweet salty bites of heaven! Now let's dive into it and I'll show you how we made em!

Ingredients
Pork Belly Burnt Ends
-
4 - Lb Pork Belly cut into 1” cubes
-
Yellow Mustard
-
Aight Guys!! Smokey Sweet Rub
-
Lane’s BBQ Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Directions
Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Preheat Pellet Smoker to 275 degrees.
Take cubed up pork belly and coat good on all sides with yellow mustard as a binder.
Next season all cubes of pork belly on all sides with my Aight Guys!! Smokey Sweet Rub.
Once seasoned, place pork belly cubes on a wire rack and into your smoker for 2-3 hours or until the bark is set and you get the color you want.
Remove pork belly from smoker, place in a pan and coat good with Lane’s BBQ Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil and back in the smoker for another hour to an hour and a half. They should be tender to the touch.
Remove from smoker and allow to rest about 20 minutes. At this point, you can leave them as is or you can drizzle them with more of the Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce. I drizzled mine with more.
Time to go in for that bite! Dig in and Enjoy!
