Now don't get me wrong, I love some BBQ Ribs! However, we like to mix things up around here. Sometimes you need a little change of pace, so we decided to try a buffalo ranch rib! I am so glad we did because those things were incredible! When you take that first bite, your mind starts to play games on you....no it's not chicken wings you are eating, it's pork ribs! I'm here to tell ya, if you haven't tried buffalo ranch ribs, it needs to be next on your list! Mind Blowing Goodness!
Ingredients
Ribs
-
2 Slabs of St. Louis Ribs
-
Lane’s BBQ One Legged Chicken Hot Sauce
-
Lane’s BBQ Ranch Seasoning
Ranch Dipping Sauce
-
1 Cup of Duke’s Mayonnaise
-
1 Cup of Whole Buttermilk
-
4 Tbsp of Lane’s BBQ Ranch Seasoning
Rib Glaze
-
3 Tbsp Butter Melted
-
4 Tbsp of Lane’s One Legged Chicken Hot Sauce
Directions
Ranch Dipping Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and in the fridge for at least an hour.
Ribs
Get whichever smoker you are using cranked up to 250 degrees. I am using my Southern Pride Rotisserie Smoker with Hickory Wood for this cook.
Remove membrane from ribs and trim up as you see fit.
Use Lane’s BBQ One Legged Chicken Hot Sauce as a binder and get the ribs coated good on all sides.
Season Ribs generously on all sides with Lane’s BBQ Ranch Seasoning.
Mix up the glaze for the ribs by combining melted butter and Lane’s BBQ One Legged Chicken Hot Sauce.
Once your ribs hit an internal temperature of 210 degrees, slather them with the rib glaze you mixed up and allow to smoke for another 10-15 minutes.
Bring the ribs inside and let rest about 10 minutes and slice em up.
Serve them up with the ranch dipping sauce and dig in!

Recipe Note
If you are not a fan of the ranch dipping sauce, you can always substitute with a blue cheese dipping sauce!
