Get whatever grill you are using cranked up to about 350 degrees. I used my Weber Kettle with Jealous Dvil Charcoal and the Vortex in the middle. I also used a chunk of cherry for the smoke.
Season your wings generously with my Aight Guys!! Smokey Sweet Rub. Place the wings on the grill and allow them to cook, flipping as needed, until they reach an internal temp of around 200 degrees.
While the wings are cooking, add a ½ stick of unsalted butter and Melinda’s Habanero Honey Mustard to a sauce pot and slowly heat up.
Once wings are done, pour the butter/honey mustard mixture over the wings and toss until all wings are coated well.
Plate of the wings however you like and drizzle with Melinda’s Hot Honey. Next sprinkle them with cotija cheese and lastly top with fresh dill.
Take your wing, dip into the jalapeño ranch, dig in and enjoy!
