Aight Guys!!  You all know by now that I am a big steak lover and I love trying out new things!  So after trying the carne asada at Margarita Grill, I knew I had to come home and try to replicate it.  To my surprise, I got pretty dang close!  That skirt steak marinated in a sweet teriyaki marinade, flame kissed to perfection and dipped in some garlic butter!  I mean come on!  It's a perfect combo of savory and sweet!  Now stick with me and I'll show you how we did it!

      1. Place Skirt Steak in the marinade and make sure it’s covered good. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate 3-4 hours.

      2. Get your charcoal lit and dump into your grill. Add your pot of garlic butter on the grill to start melting.

      3. Take skirt steak out of the marinade, pat dry and season on all sides with Lane’s Island Dust Seasoning.

      4. Place steak on the grill and cook to your desired doneness while constantly basting with the garlic butter.

      5. Once steak is done, let it rest for 5 minutes and be sure to slice it against the grain and not with the grain.

      6. Serve it up with the remaining garlic butter, guacamole, pico de Gallo and lime wedges.

      7. Dip that steak in the garlic butter and dig in!
