There are all types of burgers out there and I love a good ole burger. This one however might be one of the tastiest and messiest burgers I've had to date!

The Viral In-N-Out Flying Dutchman Burger

I'm all about that Burger Life, so I'm up for trying any kind of burger out there! This is one that I didn't know I needed in my life! We don't have an In-N-Out near us, so I had no clue such a thing existed! But I'm here to tell ya, this thing is freakin tasty and a good bit messy!
Ingredients

2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp of Ketchup

1 Tbsp Mustard
-
1 Tbsp of Dill Pickle Relish

1 Tbsp W Sauce
-
I Large Vidalia Onion
-
1 Lb of ground Beef
-
Lane’s BBQ SPG Seasoning
-
2 Slices of American Cheese

The Burger

Special Sauce
Mix all ingredients together and place in refridgerator
Slice up onion into ½” slices
form your ground beef into racket ball size beef balls and season with Lane’s BBQ SPG Seasoning.
Get your griddle top heated up, spray with duck fat spray and place your onion slices down to start cooking.
Add your hamburger balls to the griddle and smash super thin with a burger press.
Flip your onions over when they are nice and caramelized.
Squirt some mustard on your burger patties and then flipper to form a nice crust.
Add a slice of American cheese to each burger patty.
Stack your burgers on top of each other and set on top of one of the onion slices.
Next set the other onion slice on top of the burgers and bring inside to cool for a few minutes.
Spoon you a nice helping of Special Sauce on there and dig in!

You could always add a bun in there if you want , but what's the fun in that!
